PHOTOGRAPHIC PROPOSAL AGREEMENT
ROBERT CHARLOCK PHOTOGRAPHY is pleased to present the following agreement to photograph:
HARVEST MARCHING BAND FESTIVAL
OCTOBER 19, 2002
We will provide:
1. A proof of each group mailed within ten days of event
2. The name of group and competition title on each photograph.
3. Two 10 x l8 inch photographs to director of each group photographed.
4. Photographs offered to students at $18.00 each.
ALL PHOTOGRAPHS WILL BE MAILED WITHIN FOUR WEEKS OF THIS EVENT
Director information letter will be sent 30 days prior to event.
